Skipping Scenes? (Question, I need some clarification)

Hi! :blush::blush:
I’ve just recently published my first story and I was thinking of adding the option to skip some of the scenes but I have a few questions.

if I skip the scenes how will they know what happened? Should I add a paragraph in after the skip informing them of the scene they just skipped? Because all of the scenes are pretty important for understanding the whole story.:sweat_smile:

What should I do?

I believe if all the scenes are important, just don’t give them the option to skip because then it will be confusing for you and the readers

If you are adding a skip option due to possibly triggering content, then you may want to write a brief explanation without much detail so they know what happens without getting triggered (:

If they aren’t skipping for trigger warning then I would have thought they’d read it (:

Skip options are designed for triggering content or to add to chapters you have updated but people may have already read (:
