You may have misspelled the overlays name or it’s written differently when you uploaded it.
When I get that it means I misspelled something.

If @TamiRose’s suggestion doesn’t work you might show us your script to see if someone can catch another possible error. 
Sure I can do that but I’ll probably do that tmrw for a confirmation

Are you sure you used the “create” command? And is it in the right zone?
