[SOLVED] Why does my character keep sliding instead of walking?

For some reason, my character (Tyler) keeps on sliding when I’m instructing him to walk. I did the exact same command (with different locations) right before and it worked perfectly fine…but when I coded this he just slides across the screen.

Update: I fixed it- turns out he wasn’t done walking from before so I needed to add an idle animation before he started walking again.

i think the problem is the where its says &SERENA face left.
using that command after using a walking animation causes the character to slide.

maybe try moving that part just so its not underneath the walking command.
