Some directing help please

Hey Happy New Year!
For some reason I’m coding a story and whenever I spot direct the characters they’re showing up in the preview on my laptop, but when I look at it on my phone the characters are gone, it just shows their speech bubbles where they’re supposed to be
Can anyone help

Could you show your code?

Sometimes it might be a glitch, you exit and then enter back in to the story on the app.

try

EXT. JUVIE POOL HOUSE INTERIOR - DAY
&RICHARD spot 1.046 100 226 in zone 1 at layer 3
&RICHARD faces left
&ELLA spot 0.992 47 214 in zone 2 at layer 3
&ELLA walks to spot 0.992 227 209 in zone 1

EXT. HOLLYWOOD MUSIC STORE - DAY
&HAILEY spot 1.028 86 131 in zone 1 at layer 2
&HAILEY faces right
&CAMILA spot 1.028 188 127 in zone 1 at layer 2
&CAMILA faces left

basically if you want them to be at a spot when the scene enters you have to use &CHARACTER
(character is what which character you want to make do the command)

:weary:It’s still not working
I’ll try to change the code up a bit and see if it works

if possible can you screen shot your script? I think I know what the problem is

Try writing &zoom reset under the background. When beginning a new scene, always reset zoom or zoom where you desire it to be, because if you zoomed in previously on a scene, that zoom will carry over until reset/changed.

#Random example:

INT. BACKGROUND
&zoom reset
&speechbubble reset
&cut to zone 2
&CHAR spot 1.280 160 0 in zone 3 at layer 4
@CHAR walks to 1.280 160 0 in zone 2 in 3 AND CHAR does it while walk_neutral
