Your first issue is the car. You will need to place it on screen and layer it so it goes where you want it. You will do this the same way you use spot directing. Click the “Spot Directing” button, “Change Overlay”, and then you can move, scale, and change the layers accordingly.

You are also mixing spot directing with basic commands. You need to pick one of the other. If you are going with spot directing, you will first need to place your character off screen and have them walk to a point on screen to make them enter.
