So I’m not great at being a reviewing to be honest, but i’ll try my best!
Here are my opinions in a list for each one, so they can get all their pros and cons 
Cover
So, i love how cute this looks, but I would like to say a bit of things though, that you could add if you wanted to.

If you have a main character in this story I would personally add them in the cover only or them with their love interest, since too many characters would get people confused (even though this story has many POV’s) and it would make the characters look cramped in the cover if you put too many in the cover. Though, if you don’t really have a main character, another thing I would do is put the story’s title above a background. There is many other ways as well to do the cover, but I just listed some popular ones I knew of.

Okay, so I would space out the text, if it isn’t from the font, since some people can’t make out the title cause of their eyes and etc. Other than that I don’t really see a problem with it.
Description
I’m honestly not the greatest at this point, but I would think up a opening sentence, since that would get your mind to start flowing out the text for it, I had a teacher of mine I once had told me that the first sentence is always the hardest to figure out (I used to have a bad problem with this, where if I was doing a paragraph or an essay it would take me over a quarter of the time or more while trying to dig out ideas for the first sentence) so what I would do is talk about the story, what it is about, I would start with the thing about the multiple POV’S of different love stories, and a hint of how this story will end out by.
Love Stories Girls & Boys
I think they look fine! But I would think to add some more culture to them, since then the stories are more realistic. I don’t go on ink often though, so if you used the premade characters, I would advise to switch their looks around to make them look different and distinct so if someone see them, they can tell who they are without getting confused by someone else’s characters.
Also about the ships, I think they go great together! But I hope you also make the love stories realistic to where some might work and some might not work out and have some other people to where there are with a different sexuality. Another thing is, if you’re on the fence about the names, I recommend a name generator, but if that doesn’t work out, just look around on here and other places to find out names for your characters or use names of people you know in real life, with their permission of course, that’s what I do!
