Hey, are you asking someone to turn that image into a png?
You can search cleanpng.com , toppng.com , kissclipart.com (make sure you select the transparent option) , favpng.com - to find something similar that is already in PNG format.
I’d usually offer to do it myself but I just don’t have the time… Still trying to help, though
