Sound off not working and warning

I am using sound in my story but for some reason it wont let me put sound off to stop my music and sound. it says this

Try putting the sound off before the narrator speaks

Sound off
Narr
On to the story

Try using music off instead of sound off

As far as I remember this happens when there is not enough “time” between the sound commands.

So eather puting it above the NARR or add under it pause or transition migh solve it.
