Is there any way that I can get a speech bubble to set at specific position for each character without having to write out the code every time

@speechbubble reset I think
no, there’s no way to set a speech bubble position in place for every character. you’d have to put the speech bubble spot command in front of every line of dialogue if you want to have them be at a certain position.
@speechbubble reset will allow the speech bubbles to go back to their default positioning without you having to set the positions (:
