How would I make the characters be in the frame when the camera pans to the zone with out them entering? Like you wouldn’t see them until the camera pans to that zone

No, you have to place them and then make them do an animation &CHARACTER stands screen center in zone 3 and CHARACTER is animation @pan to zone 3
