Reading ink or limelight?
Doesn’t make sense when a date does not involve eating.
I know right
Tell me about it. Like there should be an option where the MC decides to stay single because not all relationships are like in the movies.
It would be more entertaining for the villain to win. There should be more stories with the MC as a villain.
Ink. I started reading it ages ago, before she made the limelight one lol
I’m sick of romance stories about teachers. I get it, it can seem like something exciting and sexy, but it’s really creepy seeing such power dynamics romanticized. Also, stories about pregnancy. They’re a great chance to explore mature character development but most end up being about romantic relationships ://
I wouldn’t mind student teacher stories as long as reality comes into place. Like the teacher gets arrested and there isn’t a cliche happy ending where they get away with it.
Read The Substitute, you’ll like that story as it’s a thriller.
ooo, will definitely check it out!
Awesome. Let me know what you think when you read it, just read the first season The Substitute. If you enjoy it, you can read The Substitute: Revenge which is the second season. The writer is May Rose (not sure what her IG is but you’ll find out).
Sorrry, I made a spelling mistake in that comment
And she faints.
yes like omg it’s all about homo or bi in episode now.
Tell me about it. Like can’t I get on with the story without all the fetishisation of homosexuals & bisexuals! Annoys the hell out of me when there are straight men/women getting horny over gays or lesbians. They’re humans too and plus, they go for people the same sex.

WHYYYYYYYY CAN’T EPISODE MAKE A GOOD STORY THAT MAKES US GIRLS NOT LOOK LIKE WE’RE WORTHLESS REEE
Can I ask whether Episode made her take this out? I agree with everything you said about the pregnancy stories. As someone who is tired of the prevalence of surprise pregnancy tropes on the app myself, I don’t see why a pregnancy story is acceptable content, but abortion is not. An 18-year-old MC getting impregnated by her high school teacher is fine, but “abortion” is a dirty word we have to pretend doesn’t exist, which can’t be a part of happy, healthy stories. I was actually looking recently to see if there were any stories on the topic, and the app told me I had entered an inappropriate term and instead gave me results on “adoption.”
Episode put out a ‘‘new’’ story named;’‘Bad Boy Roommate’’ And i littlerly wanted to scrape my eyes out
Seriously, Episode? Why has it become something that has sworn to destroy?
I remember I read something a LONG time ago, something about “tips”. I don’t remember what page, but I bet it was published around Episode Classic days. And it said “don’t write [insert cliche] story or [insert another cliche]”. In addition, on their FAQ page under “How do I get featured?” section it says:
“Be creative! Publish a story that is really unique, that makes us say “WOW!” in the first 20 lines and refuse to put it down.”
I know why and it doesn’t surprise me. Episode is slowly reminding me of YouTube. It’s like one YouTuber can make a video about [insert whatever topic] and get it gets taken down while another YouTuber who is more popular and does the same video gets away with it. Having that in mind, it all comes down to one thing: KA-ching! Money! Episode found out that cliche stories sell like…you know, anything that sells easy. They know that a cliche story makes quick buck. So, if we are all in the hopes that all of the other cliche stories will go away, I don’t think it’s going to happen anytime soon.
