Can someone please help me . I was reading the story and as it was zooming in it froze… I’m on episode 10 and i also spent diamonds … Is there anyway to fix this issue ??? It would be a waste of my tickets and diamonds that i bought

Ughh. i wanna cry so bad out of frustration because I had 33 tickets i used 10 on this story now im left with 23. A dang waste…
If I were you, I’d send a support ticket with your support ID and your possibly the link of the story that you were reading. They might be able to fix it for you and compensate you.

Thanks for reaching out! and yea… Idk if they are going to compensate me. So far someone emailed me back basically saying. We are sorry for the inconvenience, no we will not be compensating you for tickets but to make sure this doesn’t happen again… and then they proceeded to give me a list of ridiculous things to do that ive already done

Ugh, I think you should email them back and tell them that you’ve already done all of those steps with no luck and politely word it in a way that the story freezing/getting stuck wasn’t your fault and a bit of compensation is a moral obligation(?). Sometimes they need a bit of a gentle push to fix things.
