I was working on a story and characters and then took a break for a couple weeks and when i got back on my computer everything was gone.
Do any of you know what happened or have experienced this before?

Maybe try submitting a ticket and asking the Episode team what to do?

I think you go onto the Episode App and on the section where it has the genres and stuff, go to (I think) settings and it should be there. I’ll check to make sure I’m right

I don’t know, I just know that it’s on the app. Not sure if it’s anywhere else, sorry 
Your support ID is under settings on the app you still need it even if you are writing on your computer.
