As you have known I have published a story called Starring Myself, but recently I started to consider maybe I need a name for the story.
About the Story:
A long lost mother. Adoptive Father = real father. Enemy becomes Frenemy. A nobody from school becomes as popular as her. Ashlynn lives a life most people wanted, but what happens if a past she never knew she had was revealed to her.
Need more time to brainstorm I’m sure I’ll be back
If you like one worded titles, Disposition is pretty nice, here is the definition of the word
Sort of since your story has a sequence of events that leads to Ashlynn’s realism of her “true self” 
I love your title suggestions too! 
P.S I love the name Ashlynn, that’s the name of the MC for my story
