I start reading a story , I read 2-3 episodes and then in the middle of the next one it just says internet connection failed even if I have my 4G opened what can I do??
Is it working now? If not even after a few days you should submit a ticket.
This is temporary. Sometimes you’ll have to click on the story multiple times and then it goes through. Or you’ll have to go off the app and go back on it. Or restart your phone.
