Story without LI

So I’m writing a story about a man however I kinda don’t wanna give him a LI. I want him to be more of a character that doesn’t need to have a girl or boy in his life but would people still read this? I see many stories with LI even outside of episode and this kinda makes me feel like people really need to see the MC happy with a LI. what do you guys think?

I would read as long as the story itself is good. Having an LI doesn’t matter to me much. If I do, great. If I don’t, that’s fine too.

I would. However, take into account that not many other people would. Here in the forums, we are (mostly) reasonable people that need no man/woman by their side, but the app is completely different. If you have ever stalked someone’s fanmail, then you might have noticed that the main questions are always: Is JuAniTA/JuAniTO a LI? WiLL theRe be sEX scEneS? :crazy_face: HoW maNy LIs? Do we geT tO piCk wHo we eND up wITh? :crazy_face::crazy_face:

And you know, all those questions that make us roll our eyes…

tbh I couldn’t care less about those people. I decided that I don’t wanna give my MC a LI and I will keep it that way. I write for fun not for many readers :relaxed: if I would listen to those people I would end up with a gang mafia story with magic :roll_eyes:

But I get what you mean I’m just not scared of people like that :joy:
