I must say, both your ideas are amazing and interesting in their own way! Even I can’t decide 
My suggestion would be to make both stories separate but release one before the other!
I believe you should release the romantic story first since romance is the most popular genre and you may get more recognition!
For myself I’m writing a romantic story first and once its finished or half published, I want to write a fantasy story I have in mind!
