Stuck on character customization screen

so i started this story a few hours ago
and i got stuck on the cc screen

this person used one of those cc templates
where instead of it showing
skin tone, hair, eyes, nose etc
it shows the image of it

and almost every single time
i start a story using that particular cc template
i get stuck on the cc screen
after minimizing the app and coming back in

what do i do to get out of it? ;w;
i just want to continue on with the story
without having to click replay lol

if you have answers, thank you for your help!

This is called visual customization. You need to tap on the options to customize your char. You’ve chosen to customize Face shape right now, so click on the desired face shape from the list, you can also pan it down to see more face shapes. It works the same with all other facial features.

i mean the character is already customized to my liking, but i’m unable to click the other options including the question mark which exits out of cc. my screen is stuck on face shape and all i can do is switch faces…nothing else.

Oh, I think it’s either a glitch or the author didn’t make those overlays tappable.

try fanmailing, dming, or pm the author. they probably made a mistake. if not, get a support ticket to episode

Hi! This is my story, sorry about this issue. Someone else had the same issue with this screen even though the coding was correct. You’ll have to submit a support ticket for this. Once again, sorry about this.
