Text Isn't Showing Up in the Preview?

When I preview my story, no text shows up in the dialogue boxes, or the other coding helpers. I have tried using different browsers and different computers, but to no avail. Is there any way I can fix this problem because I would really like to spot direct my characters. Thank you!
