problem is web previewer isn’t working and my phone has a problem

Not much we can do about that.
I recommend you do the following:

  1. Switch to Google Chrome as it’s the best web browser for the writing portal.
  2. Make sure you have no errors in your script as that can cause an unexpected glitch on the web previewer.
  3. If the issue does not get better, I suggest you fill out a ticket and let admin handle it.

hi for some reason my overlay isn’t appearing on the phone or my computer even though it says i have no errors.
