So do you want it sized as a Pfp and a cover? Usually when I do profile pictures the canvas is larger so if I were to resize it the quality would be lowered

Yeah. Lets say… Is a cover for my story’s outro, but also my pfp if that’s okay eith you! (But dont make two covers, one is enough)

Do you mean an outro art piece or an actual cover? If I resize it to be 640x1136 for your outro the quality shouldn’t be affected much.
