I don’t think they can easily work with that as it isn’t transparent, but other than that it’s nicely made!

It is supposed to be transparent but somehow it turned to be png.

Png is the right format for something transparent. The person who made this probably didn’t have the right program or tool to actually make the bg transparent though. The background is plain white
