Support author choice

Hey everyone!

I need some help please… Does anyone have a template for the support the author choice at the end of episodes?

I’ve always written without gem choices but it looks like we will need to begin adding them going forwards. I don’t want to make readers pay gems for story options so would rather just add the offer for support at the end but can’t find how!!
