Support isn’t responding!

Submitting multiple tickets regarding the same topic will ultimately increase the time it takes for the support team to respond to you. I’ll escalate this to see if I can get any additional info. But the best thing you can do is wait for a response for the original ticket. If you do not agree with or feel you should have received a different reply then you have every opportunity to respond to the original ticket that way you are not creating more tickets and increasing your own wait time.
