Surveys dosent work and dosent give me the gems

So a lot of you have properly seen you have the option to do surveys in exchange for gems

3 times I have now tried I finished and then it ended on a white page saying thanks for doing the surveys, and then nothing to tap, you are stuck, and you can only close it down, which makes so your time is wasted and you wont get your gems,

I just took a surveys there took an hour and should give 20 gems, well that was a waste hour

this is where I was stuck, with a thank you note, I didnt do this BS and waste an hour for a thank you note I did it for gems, and I quite angry over not getting them. I feel scammed.

btw dont tell me to report since this on my tablet which is not conected to my acount at all. so I cant actually. I tried before with something els

How long has it been since you have done the survey? Joseph said that it might take an hour or two for you to get gems from it. :thinking:

The only place I’ve seen that survey is when I watched the Joseph Evan’s video on the free passes and gems. Since I’m an android user, that survey and the choice of day hasn’t been released yet to android but I’m I hope they make it available the surveys and choice of day for android users because this will be an easier way of earning gems, instead of reading those boring episode featured stories for gems and as well as I don’t have the 7 day streak anymore beacuse it was removed for no reason! I know you ios users maybe has it but some of us android users don’t have it anymore.

Actually it was available for as an android user but since I didn’t lie about my age it didn’t let me fill it out.

The survey option is available for me but it always says that there are no available surveys for me. :expressionless:

I think they mean by the survey where you fill out a survey and gems for it.

Well if anybody wants to know that I don’t have the surveys or choice of the day, here’s a screenshot of what there is the offers

All there is read 5 chapters of their newest featured story and earn 6 gems, then get 1 extra by claiming it in the offers.
By the way, I’m a Samsung user.
