Switching Phones- Episode Affected?


I dropped my phone and it no longer works, can anyone tell me if when I transfer the data I will regain all my episode passes and gems or if I’ve lost them forever?

I think if you saved your support ID you can recover everything. But if not, you’ll only be able to log in to your account, but your progress will be wiped clean (as in, you’ll have to restart every story you were in the middle of)

I’m also pretty sure it depends on whether or not you’re staying on the same platform. So if you’re going from Apple to Apple or Android to Android you should be okay, but if you had an Apple device and are now getting and android, I don’t think you can transfer your progress.
