If you can load comments on YouTube on your laptop/computer, tell me how to get them to load. When I try to look at comments, all I see is this.

Hi! I’ve experienced the same thing too and I think it doesn’t load if you’re not signed in (at least on the computer) it doesn’t seem affected on anything else
