I had to put the “You’re Weird” one, cuz that’s the look many people give when I mention ghosts
Do you feel that whenever you go to family gatherings, like a wedding or something, which includes your extended family and relatives who you don’t normally talk with much, they tend to ask you too many personal questions, or questions which you don’t really wanna answer. Maybe sometimes nearly everyone would just ask the same question again and again. Can anyone relate to this?

Wait, I meant to answer NO, I just pressed the wrong one!
I’d like to think that this is because of small talk.
for me, when I go to annual gatherings, they always ask the same questions, such as, “So are you the youngest/oldest?”, “Which school do you go to?”, and, “How old are you again?”, followed by small chatter and the patting of faces, etc.
I’d say this is just greetings, right?
So for example, even if they don’t care for you, if they’re spending so much time trying to make small talk with you, and even if it’s obvious, it still leaves a good impression on you, because you’re thinking that even though it looks obvious, they’re still trying to take their precious time to fake being excited to see you, etc.
Yeah, and it’s not like you see them much, but I would say, it’s standard and polite. It shows that you are going forward to be nice, and greet them. It’s just to show that they care about you, etc.
I’m not trying to say they don’t, but I think it’s an established custom.
So that may be it, or it’s just typical to some people.
I don’t know, what do you think?
Sorry, a little off topic, I’ll just add a random poll down here:
