In this case: mental health specialists, including a clinical and professional psychologist or a psychiatrist, because you should definitely not have to go through the journey of recovery on your own. I’m not an expert in this area, but I’m familiar with cognitive behavioral therapy and psychotherapy.

Support from family, relatives, friends and teachers is important as well, but unfortunately not always granted.

It completely depends on their methods and how effective they are. Do you feel that your therapist can provide you enough help? A therapist is a broader umbrella term for professionals who are trained—and often licensed—to provide a variety of treatments and rehabilitation for people. A therapist’s goal is to help patients make decisions and clarify their feelings in order to solve problems. Therapists provide support and guidance, while helping patients make effective decisions within the overall structure of support.

A psychologist, on the other hand, is more of a social scientist who is trained to study human behavior and mental processes. Psychologists can work in a variety of research or clinical settings, where they determine appropriate treatments based on clinical diagnoses and observations, and they often work in tandem with a psychiatrist.

I would say a combination of a therapist and a psychologist will be the most beneficial solution! :v:t4:

I mean it’s okay to me if I come back from a long day at school dealing with guys and females especially the mixed and weird messages and I open my oven and see a box of pizza and it has pineapple on it Imma take that slice and enjoy it because it’s been a long day I have no strong alcoholic drinks and my parents won’t let me smoke weed yet so that’s the only option. Now if I had a choice between pineapple pizza or pepperoni imma choose pepperoni. Or if I’m in that mood I’ll just leave so it all depends on the mood, school day, and what happened with my guy friend
