Gosh, sleep paralysis is scary.
(The blurred part can be a bit sensitive.)
The last time I’ve experienced sleep paralysis, I thought I was already going to die. It was pitch black and I can’t move my body. I want to cry for help, but I can’t speak. I felt like there was something choking me, and I’m slowly running out of breath, That whole thing lasted for a minute. Luckily, I’ve never experienced it again. And I don’t want to experience it ever again.
Tip: Don’t sleep on your back.
