I haven’t played 90% of games trigger my motion sickness but my brother’s gf got me the cupcake for some reason.
He watches me 24/7.

All sorts of simulated movement give me motion sickness, haha.
Science
To make a lot of science short, your brain has two mechanisms that tell you that you’re moving: the balance in your inner ear, and the visual cues from your eyes. If these don’t match up, your brain just assumes that you ate a suspicious leaf and are poisoned/high. So it does what it always does when something is wrong: make you lay down, or, worst case scenario, empty your stomach.
In other words, when you get sick while in the car, your inner ear says that you’re moving, your eyes say that you aren’t, so your brain panics.
If you get sick while playing a video game or watching a movie, your eyes say that you’re moving, your inner ear says that you aren’t, so it’s sick o’clock again.
Some people’s brains are much more sensitive to their brain hitting the panic button over motion issues. Others barely get it at all.

Ohhhh. Yeah, it affects me any time it can lol. 
In a car, bus, etc, I have to look out the window, I can’t get distracted.
Any video game with a first-person view, or a third-person view where the “camera” follows your character, I can’t play those. The 10% of video games I can play are ones with limited movement, in 1D or 2D, like classic Super Mario. Or Pong lmao.
I got motion sick watching The Hunger Games, the movie adaptation of my favourite book.
Even one Episode story with too many timed zooms made me queasy.
Motion sickness is the worstttt yo.
