I mean if you get to customize the MC that’s always nice… But if you get to customize EVERYONE that gets a little annoying. But stories with customization are nice, but I’ll read a story if it has it or not.

The thing is, I don’t want to be white while my family’s black or the other way around. Even though it would be nice to only customize the MC’s skin color and have the family’s skin color change as well, some people don’t know how to code it.

Some fans complain about having limited cc, so some authors try to please the fans with full cc. Even though, you can’t please everyone.
