We support and love our neighbours even though we always make fun of everyone! 
Yeah, lots of countries refer to The Netherlands as Holland, that’s a history thing.
There are people who care and get a little irritated, others don’t. You can compare it with saying that Germany is Beieren, or Neder-Saksen. And mostly the people of Saksen and Thüringen would get mad because they’re smaller provinces.
