Where is this brackets partner ?
@Catniss I don’t know that is exactly the script what you gave me
@Catniss it ok I have taken out the Radom bracket and it works now
Ok cool . When you get that error it normally means one of the brackets dosent have a partner .
@Catniss it was work but now this happened
Dara actually has a section explaining the common causes of that error. Here you go:
Also: your character is MC so you should change the input into this:
input What is your name? | What is your name? | Done (MC)
[MC] is such a pretty name!
And then when you refer to that name use [MC] like above. For example:
MAX Hey, [MC]. You look nice.
@schittwriter @Martini_98 i have done all that but still doesn’t work
Hey cat it still isn’t working and I have try what the other people have told me to
Help please anyone @Catniss @schittwriter @Martini_98
I have tried everything you have suggested and it hasn’t worked
The template you have used still uses @FEMALEAVATAR, when you don’t have a character with that script name.
Follow these instructions in order :
- Highlight “FEMALEAVATAR” in your script
- Press Ctrl + F on your keyboard (Cmd + F for Macs)
- A small grey box will pop up, click on ALL first!
- Type in your character’s name in all caps
In your case, ‘MC’ is your characters name.
Edit: I can see that you’re writing on an iPad or phone.
In this case, if you don’t have access to a computer, you’ll need to change the character’s name manually to MC everytime you see FEMALEAVATAR.
Do u still need help ?
@Catniss yes I do till neeed help @LyraKeiken i have already do all that
Can you please post a screenshot of the changed script?
It has fix it self no I think I was just in the wrong story or episodie but is there anyway you can delete an episode from your story @LyraKeiken
You can’t delete a story it’s best to just rename it .
@Catniss not the whole story just one of the episodes
Is it published already ?
Then you just use the backspace on the coding u want to delete
You can’t delete a episode once u add it in .
