Okay, this sounds really stupid, but just to check, you’ve updated your script since adding the effect right?
have you try to preview on the app? Italics are not really visible now since the new speech bubbles came out

I’m having the same problem! I tried all text effects and nothing shows at all. And yes I am using the proper coding b4 I’m asked lol
