Hey can anyone tell me how to direct script of text overlay where text message will appear as the real text and readers cam read previous text?

You just have to change your format to phonetext.
for example:
INT. PHONE - DAY
set format phonetext

CHARACTER
(your line )

CHARACTER
(your line)
