The animations aren't workinggg

So when I preview my story on the app it has the speech bubbles but no animation, but when I checked my script everything was correct.
I don’t know whether I should send a ticket or not.

this always happens to me, what works for me is:

Change your script and take away the dialogue so its like
@CHARACTER is animation
save it and see if it works if it does add the dialogue again.

If that doesnt work add a @pause for 0.01 before and after like;
@pause for 0.01
CHARACTER (animation)
Dialogue…
@pause for 0.01
