3/4 of the romance section stories wouldn’t have been romance if lust wasn’t included in the MC’s thoughts, and I haven’t even seen any LI caught dead without a six pack. It’s just so unrealistic. Not every “love of my life” in the world has six packs. I guess readers just like to see the LI getting ripped.
