Campus crush classic back in the early days of Episode before any other style existed and I remember it caused me so much anxiety about eventually going to college that I deleted the app for a while. 
(really glad college isn’t the same way)
I seem to remember there being a couple of different options for first story though. There was also one I eventually read that I can’t remember the name of where the MC discovers she has magical powers and goes to some academy? I’m not entirely sure. This was before ink.
