You need to add “is” before each animation, for example, line 417 should look like this:
&BGWOMAN3 is talk_doubtful AND BGMAN1 is listen_nod_happy_loop

In addition for what Av3ry said, you can also use the word ‘starts’ before an animation.
Example: &BGWOMAN3 starts talk_doubtful AND BGMAN1 starts listen_nod_happy_loop
or
&BGWOMAN3 starts talk_doubtful AND BGMAN1 is listen_nod_happy_loop
