The preview won't show up on my laptop

I am using a windows vista computer and using google chrome as my default browser. I tried this on 2 other computers and apparently it doesn’t work on either.

Basically, it just stays on loading. like this.!Capture

I’ve tried switching browsers. It doesn’t work still! Can someone help?

Try clicking the preview button again and it might load as I’ve done that in the past and it’s worked I don’t know why but just try it :joy:

Yeah it happends to me too… But i use my phone for that part.

I’m tired of using my phone because sometimes It takes too long for me to load up the app, wait for it to load and then sometimes I have to login again to view my stories.

Chrome.

  1. Click on the 3 dots in the right hand corner
  2. Go to settings
  3. Go to advanced
  4. Go to clear browsing data
  5. Then you can choose whether you want to just do a basic clearing or an advanced!
