The Screen is Blank

Not sure if this is the right category so if it’s not let me know.

I released Ch 17 of my story today. Many of my readers have been able to read it fine and it’s fine when I read it on the app. But I’ve received two fanmails saying when they open the episode it’s blank/black. Is this a glitch with the app or something in my script? Does anyone else have this problem?

They need to refresh episode or turn off and turn back on there phones.

Thank you! That’s what I was going to suggest but I wanted to make sure it wasn’t something with my script!

I have been having this trouble and have informed them! Hope it gets sorted soon!
