Moving this to Site Feedback since it’s about the forums. 
I think (and I might be incorrect) that any topics last posted on in 2018 are no longer listed by month (as in Oct, Nov, Dec) but by year ('17, '18, ect.) Again, could be wrong, but that’s what I figured when I saw it.
