for now this is what we can offer, maybe we will do more in the future
NO THREAD HOPPING!
We kindly ask you that you not thread hopping. It is extremely rude to us and so the others! It also wastes our time! so if you have requested at another shop for example a cover, do not request here for the same cover 
DO NOT RUSH US!
We have a life outside of episode, for example, we are full time student, our education is more important then episode as a whole. So please, don’t rush us. If you want to know how long it may take, feel free to ask (after we accept your request), but don’t message us if it’s done or if we almost done, we will stop your request if you do so. also note that we not always on the forums
CREDIT US!
Anytime that you use our work, you need to credit us! we work hard to make these pieces and we ask you kindly that you will credit us IN YOUR STORY (not on insta unless it is a character card or mood board or etc, than do credit us on insta)
BE POLITE WHEN REQUESTING!
When requesting, we kindly ask you to use your manners (PLEASE AND THANK YOU!) If you don’t, there is a high chance we will deny your request or ask you to reread the rules, IT IS MANDATORY
DO NOT REMOVE WATERMARKS!
If you want them to be moved to a different spot, ask ! we will be happy to help! But keep them on
WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO DECLINE OR REQUEST CHANGES IN A REQUEST!
Do not argue with us if we ask you to change something or decline your request, you will not receive art from us if you do
