I would like to request a realistic art scene.

I would like this character to be in the art scene:

And I would like her to be in this position:

I would like you to make it look like her clothes are dusty and wrecked (she has been wearing them for a week).
Also make it look like she has been crying for a long time
She also has a bullet scratch on her right arm (the visible one in the sketch)
Note: I used this overlay for the bullet scratch in the story
