To make this art shop a happy and positive place we need to follow the rules!
- no thread hopping. This is one of our biggest rules and will be taken very seriously! So please, don’t do it. If we see that you have been thread hopping we will deny your request and ban you! (This means you won’t be allowed to request again from us, no matter what the request is!

- if we can’t take your request due to complexity/an incomplete form/ a full waiting list, please don’t be upset or angry!
