Hello everyone ! Who ever is getting this message is not alone! This has been happening to me for a year now!! Its been a year since i had last read a single story on this episode app. I sent in a ticket to episode and came to the conclusion that i had to factory reset my phone & START ALL OVER!!! Episode workers does not understand how much time, and passes that was spent to get to where users like me up to where we were before this issue happened. It completely makes me upset that a year has gone buy & still is having this issue! People are saying episode is not responding to emails as should which saddens me. Until this day i have NOT started a new profile. I want my old saved game back. I refuse to read the same thing all over from the beginning !! If anybody knows how to fix this issue please respond.
i have the same problem!i deleted the app for more than 40 times and installed it but it didnt work…idk what to do…for 3 months i have never played episode and idek how to fix this…yours keep crushing too?
