Maybe let your neighbors know? Tell them you’ve seen a cat with (description) in your yard. It most likely shouldn’t be too dangerous if its a domesticated cat which is used to people. Like @Suki_writes said, check him/her for signs of injury and tell that to your neighbors if it appears to be hurt.
