I still think it’s between Blair and Astra, but for now I’m definitely leaning towards Blair - or if not the book 5 MC then Hunter’s romantic partner.

I think the MC of book 5 is Hunter’s LI because of what Spie said that it’s one of the big ships (between the MCs), so it’s the same person

I think I want to believe it is Astra because I think she’s part of that past catching up to Hunter, but also Blair would also be nice like a fresh start somewhere else

On another topic, I think one of them could also be the MC from book 6, we know it is a different origins ship

Well, I am waiting patiently and in a excited way for Astra vs Blair show down, I am sorry, I love a good fight

I do think book 5 MC will probably be Hunter’s relationship, even if it doesn’t ~fully actualise~ in that book. Jasper and Vera are the only straightforward relationship. I’m thinking there will be hints of the other relationships throughout the books but they’ll have a lot more work to put in before their relationships are finalised.

I’m not ready to rule out Astra completely yet, but I don’t think her being part of Hunters past catching up to him necessitates her being his romantic partner. I guess I just think that given Spiegels comments and how desperate Hunter is to escape Eraywyn, I am leaning towards Hunter / Blair. But iirc book 5 involves a coup and death so it will be interesting to see how the three of them fit into that.
