when it’s all too convenient and coincidence. Let me explain, ever read a fantasy story where the MC is human and everyone is a mythical creature, then at the last second it’s revealed she’s the most powerful creature in the whole realm. When the MC is just a regular person but her lineage ends up proving she’s from the richest family or she’s royalty.

This is for stories with multiple love interest:
The author makes the MC kiss, or go on a date with a LI, even if you have 0 points with them. For the whole story I could only be choosing one LI, and the author writes it like the other LI’s are still madly in love with the MC and want to be with her
MC is upset, best friend drags her to a party
Where all the teens are borderline alcoholics, I get it, for most of the world the legal drinking age is 18, but these teens are normally not 18, the story is set in the U.S. and they’re constantly drinking that worries me about what it’s telling the young people on here
The MC has trust issues because her awful dad left when she was little. Can we stop with the father’s leaving and being assholes? Some of us have awful mothers and amazing dads
Misunderstanding between the LI and his ex or a mean girl that the MC witnesses, and she won’t even let him explain himself or even get 2 words out
Double standards, the MC is allowed to flirt all they want with others, play hard to get with the LI, ignore them, but when the LI does it, forget about it, or it’s wrong when the male LI kisses the MC to make her stop talking (which it is wrong) but it’s viewed as sexy when the roles are reversed

but quick question if y’all hate all of this stuff why are y’all still on here? (not tryna be mean or rude lol). I mean some of y’all have good & relatable answers such as punctuation & long intros & outros & etc, but like the stuff within the story & the storyline…why do you care so much? i mean it’s not your story if you don’t like it just find another one instead of talking about how you hate it yk? maybe it’s cus i’m just a really nonchalant person so idrc about this stuff but just some genuine questions i have…(feel free to answer if you want but you don’t have to)
